Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) after your order is confirmed. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed and another notification when your order has shipped.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience.
Shipping Method
LequeCote offers one shipping method:
- Standard Shipping — Estimated delivery within 5–10 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are calculated based on your delivery address and the total weight of your order. The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Free shipping is not available. All orders are subject to applicable shipping fees.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the destinations listed at checkout. If your location is not available during checkout, we regret that we are unable to deliver to that area at this time.
For international orders, please be aware that customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total or shipping fees.
Order Tracking

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
